Overview

Experience a warm welcome and a refreshing drink when you arrive at our centrally located 100yr old villa with light airy decor and comfortable modern furnishings, high ceilings and polished kauri floors.

We have three guest bedrooms: 1 queen and 1 super-king/twin with ensuite and 1 twin room with a shared bathroom. All our rooms have comfortable beds with 100% cotton linen, electric blankets and feather down blankets.

Quests facilities include spacious lounge for chatting and reading, or you may like to watch sports or a video on the 50-inch TV. There is FREE wireless internet, a guests laptop, safe off-street parking and a garden seating area. Enjoy unlimited tea coffee and homemade biscuits and a delicious continental breakfast.

Four restaurants are within a 15minute easy walk and the town centre and basin are a 3 minute drive. Beautiful bush walking tracks are on our doorstep.

Make Chelsea House your base to explore the North. You can do day trips to the famous Kauri Forest and swimming with the dolphins at the Bay of Islands is only 60 minutes away. With our extensive knowledge of New Zealand we can help you with your holiday planning.
