Generally competent staff, always helpful, but not that always well informed or applying initiative. Rooms are modern and tidy, but due to north facing aspect, the aircon in rooms is insufficent to cool down rooms that have received the full sun all day. Food adequate, wine overpriced. Car parking service is very good but much more expensive than in Auckland. Facilities for meetings & conferences are very good.
