Plume Restaurant, Matakana, Auckland is the showcase for two vineyards - Runner Duck Estate specialising in the French Bordeaux and Syrah varieties and Heron's Flight Vineyard in the Italian varieties of Sangiovese and Dolcetto. These 'silky reds' reflecting the warm earthiness of Matakana soils, can be tasted at the cellar door.

Nestled amongst the hillsides, overlooking the valleys of the Glen Eden River, Plume offers great food and service in a beautiful vineyard setting. Walk through the gracious landscaped gardens and vines and sample fresh local cuisine and delicious wines from our wine list.
