One of Wanganui's newest motels. Qualmark rated 4-star, our 16 superior ground floor units, serviced daily, have been designed for your comfort. We are within 150 metres walking distance to the city centre. Cooks Gardens sporting complex, Opera House, Museum & Art Gallery, restaurants, cafes and bars are all within a short stroll. Tariff: twin/double from $113; quad $153; extra adult/child $15; corporate rates available.

All units are ground floor and non smoking. All units offer reclining chairs, soft water, breakfast options, free guest laundry, and wireless internet access.

    While we only had a short stay at this property it was an all around lovely experience. The room was clean and neat, spa bath was lovely and it was a bonus to have lounge chairs (something lacking in so many studio units).

    The owners were friendly and really helpful, gave us great local advise for the trip we were taking the next day. Would reccomend and would definitly choose to stay again.

    Nice clean rooms. We booked 2 rooms and got a 1 bedroom unit plus a studio - kids enjoyed having their own unit. Best thing - it had a teapot!! Being English, a tea bag in a cup just doesn't cut it!

    We stayed in the two bedroom unit which was actually a one bedroom and studio unit that were adjoining. Both rooms were really large and very nicely decorated. Really comfortable beds and lovely linen in both the bedrooms and bathrooms. They are maintained really well and the little touches such as toffees and coffee plungers were great. Only a 10 minute walk the river and 5 minutes to town so great location. Would recommend this to anyone.

    We found the spacious unit very comfortable and contained everything we were likely to need. It was quiet and we slept well on a comfortable bed. Great shower and a roomy bathroom enhanced our stay. Would recommend for short or long stay.

    It was very much a standard motel room and contained all the features we needed. It was new ans clean. Like many motels the lighting in the main room was not adequate for comfortable reading. It would have been nice to have had an area for sitting outside, though i realise this is determined by the tight site. The management was friendly and helpful.
