Wanaka to Treble Cone. At 550 hectares, it’s the largest ski area in the South Island. You’ll find plenty of challenging runs (45% of the terrain is classified as advanced) and some of the country's best intermediate runs. The resort is renowned for its natural pipes and terrain features and there is great free riding terrain for boarders and skiers. Trebe Cone has two permanent tabletop sites in the upper main basin and saddle areas, and a permanent Big Air kicker in the Main Basin, overlooking the famous Treble Cone view. Free mountain tours daily are available from 2 July at 11am & 1.45pm. There are daily shuttle services to/from
Wanaka and
Queenstown.
