"Review of Baywatch Motel" This was given a review of 4 stars (Good)

Excellent facilities. Well placed, close to town (we walked in for dinner). Little bit of noise from street and train, but otherwise a good place to stay. Would stay again.

"excellent stay" This was given a review of 5 stars (Excellent)

The unit was very clean, tidy and well prepared. The room was hited up before our arrival which was really nice after cold evening. Cute teddy bear on the bed.

A little bit noisy from the street.

"BEWARE" This was given a review of 1 star (Poor)

I stayed at this motel for 2 nights in June. I booked with my credit card details, was asked to pay upon check-in, and after 4 days after checkout had a further $80 deducted from my credit card. When queried, it was for "extra people". When this was denied it was for using more than one bed. When the legality of this was questioned in the small claims court the reason was that the room was actually worth $195.00 a night. Not $145.00 as quoted and paid for. Funnily enough, no room is advertised at that price. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO THIS MOTEL. Unless you have time for court proceedings.
