"Worth checking out" This was given a review of 3 stars (Average)

Wonderful setting and outlook over the Thames Estuary; lovely sunset views. Units set back from road so road noise not intrusive. A short car trip to the town centre. Very clean and well-serviced daily.

"Comfy night in a cottage..." This was given a review of 5 stars (Excellent)

We booked the (non-star rated) cottage for one night which was quite a bit cheaper in price than their star rated units. When we arrived the owner quietly reminded me of this and explained that we had booked one of their older units, which cost less, but would be clean and comfortable. This was exactly the case. Very satisfactory; the unit was scrupulously clean, very comfortable (especially the beds), and functional. This was exactly what we wanted for our short stay. We had two cars with ample parking. The owners were polite, friendly and helpful.
