Set in tranquil surroundings, the Caves Motor Inn is a terrific choice for accommodation while in the Waitomo area. Set in an idyllic natural countryside setting, there are several different options for just about anyone looking for a good nights rest.
From the backpacker to the wedding couple, there are a large range of rooms: 16 ground floor units, all serviced daily: 14 studios sleeps 2-3, 2x2 bedroom sleep up to 6. All units have tea/coffee making facilities (2 bedroom units have a fully equipped kitchen), fridge, ensuite with shower, phone (some rooms have wireless internet access), Sky TV, electric blankets, heating, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, cot and highchair available.
The Inn has its own restaurant and house bar, you have the option of a cooked or continental breakfast available, room service, lounge, pool table, freezer, laundry and off-street parking.
Convenient for weddings or seminars, there are conference facilities and equipment for up to 100 attendees at your disposal. The lodge is a great choice for team building and school trips as it sleeps 15-20, with private lock-up rooms and beds made up.
