Very warm welcome. Very efficient and helpful. Room was excellent, clean and great amenities. There was the offer of free DVDs! The location is handy and quiet. 5* service.
Exceeded expectations.
To be honest this was a backup plan, after realizing all of the bach's had been booked for the NZ Ironman. Chantilly's had a nice room, at a fair price. It was right on the race course, very convenient to town, and we opted for a room with a spa tub for post race. Long story short, I'm very glad we stayed here instead of a bach. They even asked for my race number and were out cheering on race day. Hospitality above and beyond.

The room was very well presented clean and neat, the bed was comfortable and the spa bath was a tread.
Warm and friendly welcome - set the scene for a great stay. Very comfortable room, spa bath wonderful, easy walk into town to restaurants/shops and scenic cellars. Host recommended restaurant at the Hilton - definitely agree! Superb food and atmosphere.

Room spotless. Well presented, modern and comfortable. Management and staff polite and friendly. Only negative was the twit who burnt their toast on Sunday morning. At least the alarms work!
Grounds well kept. Suggest a bench seat out front for those watiting for taxis/rides.
