Full kitchens. Toasty warm in winter with under-floor heating. Refreshingly cool in summer with air-conditioning. Our 19 spacious studios and one-bedroom suites accommodate up to 6 persons. Ground level units open onto private courtyards, many with their own Barbeque.

A large off-street car park has space for boats and large vehicles. Lock up garage for cycles and motorcycles. Conference/function room catering for up to 20 persons.

Perfectly located - enjoy a leisurely stroll to the town centre, lakefront and a smorgasbord' of restaurants! Tariff: 2 persons from $130; extra person $25; corporate rates available; peak rates and minimum stay may apply

    This is an excellent property, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are outstanding, the service is great, nice people, really accomodating (no pun intended), good value for money. When i was first booked in here i was a little unsure, as the property didn't have a view of the lake, however I have now stayed here several times and have always been impressed - the beds are very comfotrable, and the ground floor units have really nice little courtyards, a short walk to town, and close to the outstanding Bantree Resturant

    For 3 nights stay in taupo i couldnt of asked for better, only 10min of stumbiling walk back from the city centre, cumfy bed, big clean bathroom, quality kitchen stuffs. I give 4.4/5 out of 5 only thing missing was a big TV, will be staying there next year for sure

    Very nice motel. Unit was nice and modern and spotless. Situated far enough from town for peace and quiet, close enough to walk to the pub. It was a pity we were only staying for one night! I would consider staying here again.
