Overview

The Knoll is set on a knoll at the head of the Awa Awa Valley, just three kilometres from Ruby Coast Highway. It is five minutes from Ruby Bay beach. We are halfway between Nelson and Abel Tasman National Park (about 40 minutes each way).

Nelson's wineries, art and craft studios and specialised produce stalls are all within an easy distance.

This two hectare lifestyle property has views down to the sea past vineyards and orchards with alpacas and horses grazing nearby.

North facing, it is very sunny and warm. Its rural peace makes it very popular with birds especially tuis, fantails and pukekos. Also living here is a friendly Sealyham terrier.

The double guest room opens onto a sunny terrace overlooking the garden while the single room is close to an entrance. Both guest rooms and bathroom are separated from the rest of the house for privacy.
