Escape aboard the 53 foot sailing catamaran Tiua
On the beautiful fresh waters of Lake Rotoiti, Pure Cruise offers guests a range of relaxing or energetic activities whilst exploring the secluded coves and native shoreline. Guests have the chance to helm Tiua, hoist the sails and grind the winches, try their hand at trout fishing, leap off to swim in the fresh water or soak in the natural mineral hot pools that are only accessible by boat... Alternatively sit back and let the crew set the sails while you relax and enjoy premium NZ beverages and fine cuisine while the scenery slips by under full sail, it's simply stunning.

Pure Cruise's knowledgeable skipper and crew are always happy to share local legends and point out some of the many historic and culturally significant sites of Lake Rotoiti. Tiua (Maori for ride the wind) has a large spacious deck with bean bags and nets to spread out on at the bow. The comfortable saloon and cockpit areas are fully weather tight with clear roll down curtains allowing us to cruise, fish and soak in any weather.

Soak & Sail
Energise your morning in comfort on board the luxurious Tiua. You will sail off into the morning sun with fellow travelers on Lake Rotoiti, and enjoy a soak in the lake edge Manupirua hot thermal pools.
9am - 11.30am (2 1/2hrs) Min 2 adults

Half-Day Sailing Cruise
Set Sail and relax in style. Lake Rotoiti offers majestic bush-clad shorelines, secluded coves and private beaches where guests have the opportunity to a soak in the Manupirua Hot pools, swim in the lake or fish for Lake Rotoiti premier trout. Afternoon tea provided.
1pm - 4.30pm (3 1/2hrs)
Adults - $125, Child $65, Family $310.

Sunset Sail
There is nothing more tranquil than sailing at sunset on Lake Rotoiti. Sit back and relax on the front deck or enjoy a drink at the bar as you watch the sun setting against billowing sails. Food available on request.
Departures between 5.30 and 6.30pm, depending on the time of sunset. (2 1/2hrs duration)

Transport
Self-drive welcome or pick-ups available from accommodation or Information Centre $20 per person.
