Was awesome nice big 2 bedroom unit, nice big tv, big toilet area.

outside back was great fully covered as was rainy weather.

didnt really look same as pics the spa was old circle cement one but was nice and hot!

Hosts were nice and friendly told us how to work spa

internet didnt really work in our room as signal was too far away for it to work(on ipod) werent too fussed about it tho.

does need some work, waterblasting etc outside but all in all would defenately come back :)

"Value for money" This was given a review of 3 stars (Average)

The property overall is a bit worn and dated and in need of a paint on the outside , The room was clean and tidy, cooking facilities were sufficent and overall great value for the price of $85 a night.

    Hosts are friendly and helpful.

Nearby is a dairy and takeaways a short drive fomr the motel.

A quiet neighbourhood as it's off the main arterial and parking right outside the rooms.

I didn;t have a room with a thermal pool however so can;t coment on them but I would stay there again.

"Family one night stay" This was given a review of 3 stars (Average)

Very pleasant host provided generous milk supply for the kids and she

took time to explain about the pool, and demonstrate how to use the taps and warned about the heat. The pool was not the best to look at, quite small and concrete, but we did not use it so cannot comment further except to say the hot water came through quite quickly, and though the smell (sulphur) was strong that is to be expected in lovely Rotorua. (I've have had more up market stays)

Ample beds, and linen was clean. Bathroom was clean and soap/shampoo provided. Definately adequate for our 1 night stopover.
