Excellent stay at this friendly Motor Inn. Was attracted to the 2 bedroom unit which was reasonably priced and exactly what we needed. Clean and great facilities, the vouchers given were used for discounts while we were in Rotorua. And spa bath was a bonus! Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely stay again!

Very Inviting, Comfortable, Clean & Accommodating. No Road noise (on main Drag). Great Spa Bath in room. Really comfortable bed. Fantastic Breakfast!! Makes a change to find a Motel with more than a few TV Channels (these guys have 50)! Hosts have a cheerful & friendly attitude. Would thoroughly recommend to everybody.

Only had 1 night which was a shame as was a great place to stay, was approached by another guest staying who advised me he thought the motel was fantastic and couldnt say enough how great he found it. I have to say we both felt the same way, extremely friendly and helpful staff, really comfortable bed, spacious room, minimal background noise, one of the best places I have stayed and best night sleep in a motel. Family who came for the wedding and stayed elsewhere were all jealous as their motels werent as comfortable. Very reasonable rates. will definitely come back.

Thoroughly enjoy our stay and it was worth while I would highly recommend Emerald Spa Motor Inn anyone who wishes to travel to Rotorua for holidays or just a small break away from home.

Just a big thankyou for an excellent stay over the raggamuffin weekend. This is the third raggamuffin weekend we have been to and i must say this was the most enjoyable weekend we as a family have had. Was a very relaxing stay. I would highly recommend Emerald Spa.

Lovely place to stay, my only problem was that the kitchen was a little small when you are travelling with two children and cooking meals as we were. Reception was very helpful and the rooms clean. Beds very comfortable.
Great place to stay. Excellent staff, great room sizes, very clean. Have stayed many times and will continue to do so.
The hotel was very friendly and well run. Comfy big bed and huge spa bath. Very small pool and basic gym, but neither a problem.
