Newly redesigned and renovated Luxury 1 bedroom with 12 jet spa pool with cooking facilities. These unit have a queen size bed & TV in the bedroom, a single bed, sofa bed and TV in the lounge area.
Going to Rotorua 3 time's a year for our family getaway and this was the most dissapointed motel we ever stayed. Staying at the 2 bedrooms unit which can accomodate 8 people that was advertised was a nightmare, the living room and the kitchen was claustrophobia. During our 2 nights stayed there's a group of guest consuming acohol in and around the swimming pool with loud music and noise is really unacceptable in my opinion. The children playground needs maintainance as some equipment are rusty. I don't know how the motel get the 4 stars rating????
The only good thing of this motel was the friendly receptionist.
