Cedarwood Lakeside Holiday Resort offers motel accommodation on the shores of Lake Rotorua. Accommodation consists of ground floor motel units on the water's edge, including 4 studio units, sleep 2; 10 x 2 bedroom family units; 2 lake edge 2 bedroom suite; and access facilities available.

Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, shower, hair dryer, iron/ironing board; 2brm units have queen size bed and single beds, separate lounge and dining; studios have mini kitchen and queen size bed. All units have 5-channel Sky TV, phone, wireless internet, electric blankets, and heating. Cot and highchair available. Cooked/continental breakfast available. Other facilities include indoor and outdoor spas, inground heated pool (seasonal), barbecue areas, play area, laundry and conference facilities for groups of up to 22 delegates. Off-street car and boat parking, private jetty, and boat launching adjacent. Member Rotorua Assn of Motels.

Cedarwood Lakeside Holiday Resort is located within easy driving distance of Rotorua City Centre which is approximately 6 minutes away. 2 minutes drive to the International Airport, the gateway to Central Park. Rotorua is famous for its lakes, geysers and mud pools.

    "A Real Gem Of A Motel" This was given a review of 5 stars (Excellent)

    My family & I have just enjoyed a very pleasant long weekend at the Cedarwood Lakeside Holiday Resort. The unit was immaculate, the location is superb & the proprietors were very helpful & friendly. Totally recommend this complex to any family seeking a quiet & safe location in Rotorua,.
