Just a half-hour drive from
Queenstown, Coronet Peak Ski Area has 280 hectares of wide rolling terrain for skiers and boarders to enjoy. During early July, Coronet Peak Ski Area plays host to some wild and wacky snow sports as part of the annual
Queenstown Winter Festival. The resort has an award-winning ski and snowboard school and offers night skiing during the peak season (July to September).
The 'Big Easy' novice area has a state-of-the-art quad chairlift. There are daily shuttle services to/from
Queenstown.
