We found this Motel a pleasure to stay in. The welcome was very friendly and when we reported that some light bulbs did not work they were fixed in a very short time. The unit was ideal for 5 people to stay in and was very tidy. We will use this property again.

This is the first time we have stayed at the Asure Colonial Court. Very welcoming owner provided us with an upgrade at no extra cost, most appreciated. Unit was very clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. Very spacious, however TV position needs a change. Would definitely stay again when we travel to Palmerston North.
Lovely Spot, neat, tidy, clean and well supplied. What more could you ask for?? My only gripe would be the plunger coffee (supplied free). Not a very nice brand.

Based on the photos on the website I was expecting a fairly dated place but we were pleasantly surprised by the fresh, white buildings and very tidy interior. Not the least shabby. The unit was well appointed, everything we needed was there and we were able to make it warm and cosy as well. The service was excellent and the propriators were very friendly and helpful. Great value and highly recommended.
Really nice place to stay, not far from town on the main stretch of motels/hotels and the rooms are really nice, stayed in the queen bedroom, everything was immaculate when we arrived. Front of house woman was very nice and friendly all in all loved the stay thanks very much.
I stayed here often in 2001-2002 so was curious how it had fared. Rooms have aged well were clean and new owners friendly.
Its close to great riverside and garden walks which is why I originally chose it but strangely not promoted.
Liked room layout bedroom set seperately ensure peaceful sleep.
In living room couch dosent face tv which was a bit odd and made it hard to watch.
Negatives decor is dating, towels are getting old and ants were a problem.
Would stay again
I stayed a Asure Colonial Court Motel in Palmerston Norh for two days. As always (I have stayed there before) the service was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh and the hosts are lovely! I recommend this motel to everyone.
To anyone contemplating staying here, you will be impressed with the friendly service. The facilities are of a very good standard and the conference room excellent for any occasion. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

Everything you want - clean, comfortable, plenty of space, friendly and very helpful hosts... am absolutely going to stay there next time!
We were very fortunate to be upgraded and our accomodation was more than satisfactory. We will use the motel again on our visits to Palmerston north.
