A really nice motel which is well looked after by its owner. Peter greeted us on arrival and he was very friendly and helpful. Great value at this price, especially on a busy Easter weekend!
THe owner was extremely helpful with regards referring to local restaurants and attractions. IN fact he could no do too much to make us feel welcome. Delightfull located a short 10 min walk form the main town centre, and yet still on teh beach front.
The rooms are older, but clean and well serviced.
Very good location on the road overlooking the bay. We had a room at the front of the motel and it was very quiet at night. We sat outside for breakfast each morning. The motel is about an 8-10 minute walk to the main harbour and shops in Paihai and within easy walking distance of the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Our studio was very comfortable, modern, clean and well equipped. The manager was very pleasant and helpful We would recommend it to our friends.
Fantastic, lovely, clean and tidy. We were in the Bay for a wedding at Waitangi and the owner of the motel was good enough to drop us at the wedding venue, much appreciated thanks again. Rating 5
