Showcasing Paihia's best location, uninterrupted sea and island views, absolute beachfront. Architecturally designed for your pleasure and privacy. Stroll along the beach to restaurants, cafes and tourist pier, cruise 144 islands, hole in the rock or 10min ferry ride to historic Russell.

Our 1brm suite has 2 queen beds and ensuite with a 2-person bath. Our 2brm suite has 1 queen bed, 2 single beds and private bathroom. Both suites have large walk-in showers, spacious lounge/dining areas, TVs, garden and patio areas from which dolphins are often seen. Full guest laundry and kitchenette adjacent to both suites. Private access is by external stairs or internal lift.

Comprehensive breakfast menu is included in tariff and served in our conservatory dining area. Friendly Kiwi hosts.
Complementary kayaks, start of the coastal walking track. Free Wi-Fi access.
Tariffs for single, extra person, longer stays or off-peak rates are available on application. Courtesy pick-up from bus/local airport.
