Back in 2009 Dec. my family and I Decided to dine at this Hotel. Two of us ordered the Roast Phesant. After a considerably long wait the bird impersonating a pheasant arrived. The bird was whole and the same size as a Qail, on trying to cut into it with a knife and fork ,it was so tough the knife made no impression. I am very familiar with phesants as I used to dine on then regularly in the UK and other overseas hotels, Phesants are the size of poulet Chickens and NOT the size of small Quail. I asked to see the chef to question him on this matter my request was refused, the waiter claimed he was too busy, Which I found rather odd as there were no other patrons on the Dinning room. I would certainly not recomend this hotel, if one is visiting purely for a meal...!!!!
