Clover Downs Estate is a luxury bed & breakfast retreat in rural Rotorua.

Clover Downs Estate farmstay is situated just 15 minutes from Rotorua in the secluded country setting of Ngongotaha. It has three themed rooms on offer for guests. All three rooms have super-king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and a private deck with lake or farm views. The surrounding farm is free to visit for guests and you can get a chance to see and pet sheep dogs, ostrich, deer and elk stag. The surrounding gardens have a petanque playing area.

Rotorua is famous for its geysers, thermal pools and lakes. The city is home to many therapeutic spas and mineral baths due to its geothermal activity.
