  "Never Stay Here!!!"

  My sister, friends and I all stayed at this Hotel over the weekend. We spent thousands of dollars on accommodation and food at the restaurant down stairs. There where numerous problems with our stay here starting with the first night we were given a room with a Spa bath that didn’t work, kitchen facilities (Oven and hot plates) that didn’t work, No cutlery/ plates or glasses to eat or drink with and TV's that had numerous problems (Didn’t work most of our stay). My sister and I then moved to another room and TV's again didn’t work nor any kitchen facilities. The first night was $340 and the second $280 which was reduced after complaining about not been told about the Spa and Kitchen facilities not working (this wasn’t just the one room the whole of the Hotel’s Spa baths and Kitchen facilities don’t work).The staff are rude and have problems speaking English (I had to use there translator to speak to there staff) which was frustrating and difficult when asking for help with anything. The last night my sister and I were kicked out of the hotel as they said we were rude to staff when in fact the staff were extremely rude to us. The receptionist had my sisters phone and read all unread messages and didn’t tell her she had her phone till a few hours later. Total breach of privacy!!! We stayed Three nights and ate every night in there Japanese restaurant down stairs overall we spend over $1500 with this Hotel and they treated us horribly!! I will never come her again and I will never recommend anyone else to stay here. After been told to leave they didn’t refund any money for the room that we had prepaid, its was 8.00pm when we were told to leave it left my sister and I very inconvenienced to make other arrangements. DON’T EVER STAY HER!!! Zero star rating EXTREMLY POOR Service!!!!
