This property has been very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone whether it be on business or pleasure stays.

It is ten years since I had last stayed at this location, and maybe the passing of time makes things seem better from a greater distance, but I was disappointed with this visit.
Traffic volumes on Great South Road (in front) and the railway line (at the back) have certainly increased over the ten years, yet no effort has been make to noise-proof the units, especially those at the front.
Even though I booked many weeks ahead, I was allocated a room overlooking the road (very noisy). I was relocated to another room on request in the centre of the block, but I feel that the initial room allocation was not thought through.
The attached restaurant was a little pricey and had a fairly limited menu - I dined here, but decided to breakfast elsewhere.
Access to second storey only by stairs - must do better in the day and age. Only good point is the central location, although getting to it from the freeway (for an overseas visitor) is a little trying.
