we recently had our wedding at the hotel and while the food was fantastic, that was about all. The staff was very rude and unhelpful, our band was forced to start late and finish early, had rude looks and mean comments muttered under staffs breaths, milk was off in room, fridge in sister in laws room nearly caught fire, tv in my dads room and sisters room didn't work and what was ment to be our wonderful day was ruined by the staff. We were made to feel very unwelcome at our own wedding
We were very pleased with our room. Everything was clean and well kept, and all the basics were there. The huge shower was fabulous. One of the receptionists was a little bit sullen, but all hey hoo. I'd stay there again without hesitation.
We really enjoy our stay in the hotel and appreciate the service provided. We just feel comfortable when you are in. The room is tidy and clean. All the furnitures are rimu, feel smooth and look shiny. Bothroom facilities are beautiful. If say something not perfect, the traffic noices from street can be a bid annoying.
