Clean comfortable room. Rooms were serviced every day.
Located very close to downtown - great access to RWC events in New Plymouth.
If your looking for "very quiet" not the best option - it is a downtown hotel. Nothing was outrageously noisy tho - and we slept soundly all nights we were there.
