    "impersonal" This was given a review of 2 stars (Below Expected)

    Well, the physical property is nice & clean, but a bit dated. We never met the owners, and were not told where to find the key. Ended up the door was unlocked & the key was inside the unit. No breakfast, no milk for tea/ coffee. Nothing stellar.
