I totally enjoyed my stay at the Fern Motel. The Motel is very basic but has the best to offer, with well sound proofed rooms, very comfortable and very clean facilities. The swimming pool and play area for children are an added bonus.
For someone who has traveled alot this is a very comfortable place to stay.

We stayed over the New Years period. We found the owners to be very friendly and helpful. The units were small, but they allowed the dog to stay, so we were not worried. The units were very clean and had everything you could need in them.
Would return again.
Thanks to the friendly and helpful hosts at Fern Motel. The room was lovely. The location excellent for attending a wedding at the nearby Mission Estate Winery. We will definatly book and stay again.

We found the owners friendly and obliging. The unit was adequate for our needs, very clean and tidy, the bed comfortable.
Our visit to Napier was to attend a function, so we did not spend a lot of time in the unit. For a longer stay we would probably have chosen a bigger unit.
Tidy, clean motel, good value for the money - we had a basic unit. Very hospitable hosts which counts for a lot when on holiday. Complex is in midst of upgrade; very comfortable bed and magnificent heatpump!
Looks are decieving. This motel is well looked after. Unit was warm in very cold weather due to powerful A/C unit. Lots of FRESH air in the bathroom to wake you up in the morning.
The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was operational. Loved the heater as we come from the north and found it cold in Napier.
Very friendly hosts. It was good that they warned us that a young sports team was in residence.
