A warm welcome awaits you to our charming French style antique furnished home on Napier's Hospital Hill, 10 minutes walking distance to city and trendy Ahuriri for an abundance of cafes, restaurants, boardwalks, watersports etc. 15-minute drive to vineyard restaurants.

Our upstairs spacious luxury queen has ensuite, lounge and TV area, private and relaxing. Queen and twin downstairs have a guest lounge leading to large covered tiled patio looking onto the picturesque garden. Private bathroom on request. Join your hosts for breakfast or relax on the top verandah with sea views in this warm, comfortable and quiet home. Experience Pam's passion for the Bay and all it has to offer. We recommend 2 or more nights. We offer a delectable continental (plus) breakfast. Enjoy a touch of Provence in the Bay and be charmed. Off-street parking and smoking outside only.

Directions from Information Centre. Travel north along Marine Parade, turn left into Tennyson Street, travel down to Milton Road, (Breakers Restaurant on corner), turn right and continue over brow of hill. Chateau Avignon is situated on the right hand side, corner Amner Place and Milton Road.
