This was even better than it looked on the internet. At check in the management were so friendly, helpful and efficient - always a good start. Beatifully appointed room at the front with view of the ocean. Kitchenette very well equipped, shower room excellent and circular spa bath - wow! Unfortunately we only stayed one night as we were in transit from Wellington to Auckland for return trip to the UK. We opted for room service continental breakfast - and this was brought up on time, again beatifully presented and delicious. The staff obviously work tirelessly to keep such a high standard. Can't praise it highly enough. Thankyou.
The standard unit was very modern and comfortable. Spa pool was a great relaxer after a days activities. Only problem was that they tried to charge us double the cost so check your account before paying. Fortunately my credit card declined the higher amount.

Not only was the motel of a very high standard it was also value for money. A quiet location and great service.
This is the second time we have stayed here in 4 years and the hosts were fantastic, absolutely fantastic. Our room was huge and so lovely, everything about it was fantastic. We could not say enough how awesome it was. The large spa did not work the first night and we mentioned to the host and when we got home that evening there was a note, a bottle of bubbly to say motor had blown and all fixed now. This was 1st & 2nd January a hugely busy time so to go to this extreme was first class and we will certainly always stay there again.

Fantastic place to stay. Top Quality accomodation, the in room spa pool is wonderful. We have been back several times and stayed in the beach view side and just recently the city view side and loved both.
This is the second time we have stayed at the Beach Front and it will not be our last. The rooms are well presented,ideal location and you could not want for a friendlier host. Though we were in the car this time, previously the beach Front proved to be motorcycle friendly with ample parking. Would, and have, recommended to everyone traveling to Napier.
The location of the motel is excellent and the room well laid out. There were noise issues because of metal stairs that made loud metallic sounds whenever people went up and down. Also large dripping noise out by balcony. (There was rain during our stay.) So rating around 3.
