Motel accommodation available includes 17 ground floor studios, twins and suites that are all serviced daily. Facilities include spa bath in most units, Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, king size beds, mini bar, Sky TV, broadband wireless internet, ceiling fan, hair dryer and iron/ironing board in all units. Cot and highchair available. Room service cooked/continental breakfast available, swimming pool, laundry, off-street parking, conference facilities, equipment and catering for groups of up to 30 delegates.

Pacific Motor Inn is located centrally to Mount Maunganui cafes, restaurants, shops and beaches (all within 200m); walking distance (1200m) to hot saltwater pools, Blake Park and service clubs. It is a 6 minute drive to the Tauranga airport and golf course (approx 2km).

Mount Maunganui (Mauao) is a towering dormant volcanic peak that sits on the sandy peninisula at the entrance to the Tauranga harbour. It is of cultural and spiritual importance to the Maori. Mount Maunganui is famed for its beaches, surf and game fishing.
