From the moment we arrived for our one night stay, Kevin was very obliging. The unit suited our needs and the cooked breakfast we had supplied to us in the morning was just devine!... would highly recommend a stay at the Aquarius Motor Inn.
Following a busy time at a family wedding in Hamilton, my mother and I decided a few days rest and recreation in Mt Maunganui would be therapeutic. Aquarius Motor Inn was our second choice after our original accommodation booking fell through. We were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we felt the warm welcome from motel management which extended throughout our 4 night stay. Our motel unit was extremely spacious and comfortable ( lazyboy chairs and all) and most importantly it was immaculately clean. The girls who came in each day to service our unit were friendly and interested in us. The location was ideal - moments from a large New World Supermarket, a very short distance from the town centre and conveniently located for day trips outside Mt Maunganui. The only downside was the swimming pool with its murky water that appeared uninviting. All in all, from my experience I would have no hestiation in recommending the Aquarius Motor Inn to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Mt Maunganui.
