Mount Albert Motor Inn has 14 fully self-contained units that are serviced daily including 10 studio units with cooking facilities, sleep 2-3; 2 units with kitchenettes; 2 x 1 bedroom units with kitchenettes, sleep 5. All units come with phone, wireless internet access, 3-channel Sky Digital TV, electric heating, electric blankets. Facilities include swimming pool, spa, laundry facilities, fax, email, off-street parking, cot and highchair available. Room service breakfast available delivered to unit.

Tariff: studio units single/double $100 per night for 2 persons, extra person $15; 1 bedroom family unit $140 (maximum 5 persons); babies free. Credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Eftpos. Mount Albert Motor Inn is a member of MANZ.

Mount Albert Motor Inn is adjacent to the Mt Albert Community Centre and Rocket Park in Mount Albert, Auckland. St Lukes Westfield shopping centre and Mount Albert Aquatic Centre is also an easy 10 minute walk away. Auckland city centre and other Auckland attractions such as the Sky Tower are approximately 7km away.

    "Back to basics" This was given a review of 4 stars (Good)

    Easy to book though Jasons, and a friendly welcome. The unit was clean & tidy, but showing its age - comfortable bed though. The information folder was rather out of date - we never found the Chinese restaurant 'over the road', but the Italian is excellent and highly recommended, as is Parkside for breakfast!

    Off road parking and ease of access makes this a useful location for all of Auckland. We would happily stay again.

    Very quiet location, welcoming and friendly host met us when we arrived.

    Unit clean and well presented.

    Unusual to get a paper on Sunday morning when staying in a Motel.
