  "Peaceful, Tidy, Good value"

  We stayed in a triple room that had three individual beds and a good size bathroom. Room was tidy, was quiet over the evening, and everything required was accessible, great convenient location to motorway. Recommended stay.

  it was very budget and small and the bathrooms were a bit nasty needing a lot of work and found that charging $5. for not even an hours internet use was a bit much....

  The staff were very friendly & welcoming. The motel is a bit old, but has great potential to become a great motel again. Well priced

  friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities are very 'tired' and need updating/redecorating/painting. No air conditioning.

  "Ok if your passing through just for a night"

  Was OK if you're on a budget. Good if you just need to spend the night in Auckland while passing through. On the plus side; very close to the motor way yet amazingly quiet considering. Great pool. Resturant and bar on site. Was mainly pretty clean. On the negative side the carpets were totally filthy and sticky and it was so hot in the units it was almost unbearable... could have done with a fan.

  "No matress protector"

  All was fine apart from the fact there was no matress protector, just an electric blanket under the sheet on top of the mattress. The wires from the electric blanket annoyed both my work colleague (in the bed next to mine) and myself and we both had terrible sleeps because of this - unhygenic also.

  It is the middle of summer so electric blankets definately not needed and a fan in the room would have been nice as it was terribly hot. Fans and matress protectors cost $20-$30 each so not a huge outlay. If these hadn't been overlooked I would have given it a 5 star rating, would have stayed again and recommended it.

  "Nice pleaseant place, but after arrival, booked elsewhere, as all beds were in one room. Communication problem when I phoned to upgrade the booking, as I had explained that my father was joining us. Upon arrival I phoned the reception and they said they weren't able to give me another room, and offered me a refund. When I went to collect my refund as I was then offered a room for my father for free, I declined as it was too late by that stage."
