Overview
Lake Hawea Holiday Park accommodation is located on the gateway to Queenstown Lakes; situated on the lakefront of Lake Hawea between Haast and Queenstown and only 1km to the Lake Hawea township. Set amongst mature trees, spacious and sheltered with views of Lake Hawea the park is only a quick 15km to Wanaka and an hour from Queenstown in the South Island of New Zealand.
This gem of a campground has 98 spacious powered sites and 250 tent sites; 10 cabins (sleep 6), 1 lakeside cabin (sleeps 2), 4 self-contained tourist flats (sleep 4-6) and a 3 bedroom holiday house (sleeps 7-9). There is a cot and highchair available if you're
traveling with youngsters. Park amenities include a communal fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and microwave, dining room, TV and internet, male and female communal toilet/shower, laundry, linen hire, cardphone, wireless broadband access, playground, barbecue, camp store, booking office, bike hire, fishing rod hire, boat/truck park, boat ramp and van storage. 500m to off-road bike tracks, 1km to tennis courts, bowls and golf course.
