Very sunny room ,great views off the mountains ,large grass area to play o or relax with a drinks. The room is very clean ,nice new bed, some have full kitchen please ask .

Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced, usual option, if you expect more the more you pay.
Lovely little place, a little out of town but still walking distance. Beautiful scenery. Good welcome from staff. Only stayed for 1 night due to flights being changed. Explained this to staff, he did explain the terms for cancellation which I understood but as the change to flights was last minute and not by us would have been nice to have perhaps reached an agreement to pay just a portion of the second night rate instead we lost the full amount. He did explain that if he could let the room for that night he would reimburce us the full amount but have not heard.
A bit old fashion with block wall construction otherwise friendly office people, good average motel accommodation, clean and tidy, no complaints.
Near the northern entrance to Kaikoura so a bit of a drive to the central part of town.
