Omahu Motor Lodge offers Qualmark 4-star plus rated motel accommodation opposite Hawkes Bay Hospital in Hastings. Accommodation comprises of 19 luxury air-conditioned ground floor motel units including studios, executive studios, 1 & 2 bedroom; and 2 with access facilities.

Full cooked/continental breakfast available and chargeback and delivery service from city restaurants. Omahu Motor Lodge is situated within walking distance to restaurants and bars (500m), dairy and takeaways (100m), and 1km to city centre. Hastings is situated in the sunny Hawkes Bay and is known for its gourmet food, fresh fruit and award winning wineries.

    Easy to find, close to town, very clean and comfortable units. Loved the bathroom! Friendly and helpful staff. It will be my choice of accommodation next time I am in Hastings.

    Very new, modern, immaculate, clean and spacious accommodation with most hospitable and obliging hosts. Thoroughly recommend. (Need to mention that Jasons, the booking agent, were very quick to take money but non-responsive when I tried to contact them re an alteration however).

    it was the little things that made this a lovely place to stay. Like the cheery man on the front desk at our quite late check in. The proper tea pot and coffee plunger, the full equipt kitchen and the spotless everything. The 'what to do on rainin days' sheet in the room folder. The tv mounted on a bracket on the wall and it not being a nasty cheap one. makes it a lovely place to stay will take the kids next time.

    We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit with our two small children. The facility was very tidy, quiet, comfortable and modern, and it had everything we needed for our stay plus more. I could not fault the place in any way, and I would have to say it was the best sleep we've all had in a long time. We will be staying here from now on whenever we visit Hastings/Napier/Havelock North area. The second flat screen tv in the main bedroom came in handy, as well as the spa bath, second couch in lounge area and air conditioner. It even had a small dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and a dvd player. Very impressed with the decor, and the price was very reasonable. My young son even said that he was moving into the unit!
