Grumpy unfriendly man at check-in, We had booked online (prepayed) with Jason's and was told that Jasons had listed it wrong (Room 110) and it should be listed as just a double bed... We looked at the room and it was very smelly with lots of flies, hot and no way me my partner and I were fitting on the tiny bed. We went back to the grumpy man and he offered an upgrade for $30 (upgrade to what was originally advertised). Room was very noisy (traffic and other guests) Also there was no air conditioning even though sign out front says "Air conditioned units". Left the place feeling 'Ripped Off'.
Was a liitle apprehensive about staying here as all telephone enquiries were met by a grumpy sounding gentleman - But had nothing but pleasant service during our stay even having our room ready for a late 12pm arrival with milk etc ready in room. Rooms are a little outdated but clean tidy and family friendly. Great facilities, pool and park like grounds. Close to shops and local attractions.
