We, my 8 year old neice and I, arrived late in horrid weather. We were greeted with messages from home, muffins and a very warm welcome by very kind and considerate hosts. The room was very large, very comfortable and quite. We had particularlrly wanted to be out of Pihia and this was an excellent place with good facilitities.....and a huge DVD selection to borrow for 8 year olds!
The owners were very helpful as we had requested an upgrade to a 1 bedroom from a studio if there was a cancellation, and when we registered they had it all in place for us. We ended up staying an extra 5 nights, and enjoyed the motel. A very private place to stay.
Our rooms were lovely - clean and modern in decor. We were right by the pool and gardens which are beautiful. The spa pool wasn't working properly unfortunately, but the owners had it on their to do list.
we had a very pleasant stay in the ash grove motel, nice and complete rooms, lovely and helpfull owners, good swimming pool, everything very clean.

Very clean spacious unit with cooking facilities. Nice balcony to sit out on in a bush setting -out of the main hub which we enjoyed. Owners very helpful
