They overcharged me (by mistake) $30. Despite four phone calls and several e-mails they never corrected their admitted error. The room itself was (though the 'free' bikes were in rather poor condition), but the fact that they never made good on their mistake despite repeated calls & e-mails feels really awful. Makes me not trust their integrity & honesty.
