Overview

Aspen Manor is situated on the south side of Hamilton city just off State Highway 1 in a very quiet location.

100-300m to restaurants, shops and most services, 800m to Hamilton Gardens, 1.5km to city centre, 3km to Waikato University. Hamilton Airport is 12km and Mystery Creek 13km.

31 spacious ground floor units, all units serviced daily. 7 business studios (tea/coffee making facilities), 10 studio, (3 accessible units) 10 one-bedroom units, (6 with private spa pools) 4 two-bedroom family units (sleep 6) all with cooking facilities, microwaves, hair dryers. Some units have security safes and dishwashers.

Free parking outside units, additional parking for other vehicles. Meeting/interview room, cooked/continental breakfasts.

Guest spa, Sky Digital TV, laundry, broadband in rooms, public computer, fax, highchair/cot.

Owned and operated by New Zealanders June and Joe with a good local knowledge of New Zealand.

Tariff: $125 to $165 for two; extra person $15. Minimum unit rates and stay periods may apply. All major credit cards accepted. Member Host Accommodation.

"Well located - good value"

Great spot, close to the river and away from the main thoroughfare. Our unit was spotless and very well equipped. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We'll stay here again.

"One night stay review"

Decor, cleanliness, etc all perfect and very modern looking and feel.

Quiet and very piecefull.

Only thing to detract from the above, was the shower over the bath and the fabric curtain.

Most motels seem to have a glass door etc on the shower.

The curtains, all move with air movement and are a pain in the neck, when in the shower.

Minor thing but matters.

I would definitely stay again though.
