  "Host manager unfriendly, wireless wasnt working, no microwave in units, wont be returning there"

  The biggest issue the manager seemed to have was that our booking with Jasons had not come through on their system - I had printed out my receipt so that sorted that problem out. I found the service poor and not co-ordinated, wireless wasnt working, no microwave in the unit, the manager's response to lack of services was "this is what you get for cheap accomodation"

  to me $140 for the night was NOT cheap!!! I would have been better to go and pay the extra at the Teal Motor Lodge who have great service and facilities or even at the motor camp motel. So this was not value for money - furnishings etc were mediocre standard - the TV reception was very poor, fuzzy screen and noisy - so I wont book through Jasons again - I will save my booking fee and get a better motel standard and service attitude.

  I was really happy with the fact that the proprietor meet my need to have unit open and ready with key inside as I was arriving after the office would have been closed. However when I got there, the room was cold so tried to switch on heater but not working. So I looked for an additional blanket, but nothing. I looked for a electric blanket but nothing again.

  A cold night and because of this not very comfotable.

  I went to check out in morning and was going to suggest some of these things but the office was still closed (8.30 in morning) and a person meet me near the office saying they the office was closed still but that they would hold the key for me.

  Some things could be improved. I paid for a cheap room but ......

  Very friendly staff. Very pleasant room. Spabath was smaller than I expected, by no size was advertised so that was just my perception. Water was plentiful and hot. Quiet location. Certainly recommend.
