Overview

Geraldine Motels offers motel accommodation along the Scenic Touring Routes in Geraldine. Accommodation comprises of 13 spacious and self-contained units including 10 modern double-glazed units and 3 older style units that are designated non-smoking and serviced daily. 8 studios, sleep 1-3; 1x1 bedroom, sleep 1-4; 4x2 bedroom, sleep 1-6 and 2 units with access facilities.

All motel units have fully equipped kitchen, microwave, ensuite with shower (1 with bath), hair dryer, single/double/queen/king size beds, wireless internet, 3-channel Sky Digital TV, electric blankets, heating, iron/ironing board. Cot & highchair hire and continental breakfast available. Other facilities include complimentary newspaper, large peaceful garden, trampoline, barbecue, spa, table tennis, laundry, phone/fax, off-street undercover parking and pets welcome.

Tariff: 1-2 persons $99-$155 and extra person $15-$20. Low season, long stay, group and corporate rates available. All major credit cards and Eftpos are accepted. Geraldine Motels is a member of MANZ and resident owners are Sharon & Ross.

Geraldine Motels is 200m to shops, restaurants, domain, heated swimming pool, playground, golf courses and native bush/river walks. Geraldine is located between Christchurch and Queenstown in South Canterbury. It is in the middle of Scenic Touring Routes and provides a central base for exploring South Canterbury.

    On our stay at Geraldine motels, we found it was very clean, simple, great size and so affordable, peaceful outdoor area large back yard. The staff were excellent! really gave the feel of a lovely community as they would go beyond for their customers. Cheap Wifi was also a bonus, would definetly recommend and stay there again ourselves. Also an excelent town to check out on your travels and ask the staff as they know all the best places!

    Great welcome from Ross - our accommodation was very clean and tidy and the spa pool took away the aches and pains from our long drive. Would stay there again

    "Fantastic owners" This was given a review of 5 stars (Excellent)

    We booked this motel based on a recommendation of the friendly owners, and the recommendation was spot on; they are great fun, really friendly, and helpful. On top of that, the motel was excellent with a really comfortable bed, and the room was spotless with a modern kitchenette and bathroom. There was a pretty garden leading down to a river. And it was just a short stroll into town; we loved it.
