    "First rate" This was given a review of 5 stars (Excellent)

    This was a first class unit. Excellent value for money. We had a separate bedroom. The kitchen area was large with microwave and cooking units. Large living room area with settee and TV with SKY channels.

    "St Kilda _ it's all right here." This was given a review of 4 stars (Good)

    Adrian Motels got almost everything right. Peacful location with easy drive into central Dunedin. Spacious, modern unit. Good facilities. Comfortable bed. Friendly people. A complaint? The lineup of diesel vans from some engineering firm right outside our window shattered sleep when the drivers finally ended their loud conversation and started their noisy engines _ at 6am.

    I found them to be very friendly and helpful. The unit I booked online about eight weeks before we set of from Taranaki to Dunedin. Upon first impressions I loved the gardens, they were nice and tidy and from that I was hoping the unit was clean. I wasn't disappointed. The unit was what it said it was on line and was great for my family. My husband and I were in one room. My two sons were in the other and my daughter was in the lounge. It was great to come in and relax from a busy day of travelling. I would certainly recommend this Motel to other families that require a place to stay while sorting their teenagers at Uni. Many thanks.

    Lovely and clean up to a excellent standard.Wonderful view from our unit.

    Loved our stay at this great motel and would stay there again any time.

    Would highly recommend to any person who wants to visit Dunedin.

    Loved being so close to the beach as well. .
