Accommodation comprises of 50 power and tent sites; 14 stand-alone ground floor units; 8 self-contained tourist flats; 2 x 2 bedroom with queen bed, 2 sets single bunks, sleep 2-6 with access facilities; 1 unit sleeps 2-6; 5 sleep 1-4; 3 kitchen cabins, sleep 1-6; all have queen size beds, electric blankets; 3 standard cabins, sleep 1-3; units with fridge, cooking utensils, crockery, table, chairs, heater and TV.

All Seasons Holiday Park is 6-7minutes (5km drive) to city centre and on road to Sumner Beach. Closest holiday park to Lyttelton, gondola, Ferrymead Heritage Park, Cowles Stadium, Wilding Park, Porritt Park, Eastgate and Palms Mall. Close to windsurfing and yatching. 7km to Christchurch Casino.
