New Zealand Backpackers and Hostels Guide

Hostels and backpacker accommodation cater for travellers at the budget end of the market and are also suitable for larger groups. Options range from shared bunkrooms and dormitory-style accommodation to rooms with private ensuite shower and toilet. Some offer twin or double rooms. Communal cooking and bathroom facilities are provided in the same building.
