Overview

Built in 1901, Braemar on Parliament Street is a unique B&B, being the only Victorian townhouse and listed heritage home in the Auckland Central Business District still used as a residence. Our Auckland CBD location means cinemas, theatres, cafes, restaurants, Vector Arena and the Skytower are just a short walk away. Leave your car at home. All our guestrooms have superbly comfortable beds, our bathrooms feature old style large clawfoot baths. Our showers are new but still have the vintage look. Breakfasts are made to order downstairs in our large kitchen and served in the adjacent dining-room which features linen damask tablecloths, silver cutlery and fine bone china.

Batten Suite: queen bed with ensuite bathroom and private TV lounge. Victorian Room: queen bed with ensuite bath and toilet. Norman Room: queen bed with shared bathroom. Jenny Room: double bed with shared bathroom.

Braemar is a smoke free environment. If you do have a vehicle, free off-street valet parking is available. Pets on the premises. Qualmark 4-Star Guest & Hosted and Qualmark Enviro Silver.
