Really disappointed with this place. At first on arrival we had got a room on the 19th floor when clearly the e-mail said we would be 30th floor or above. They did manage to get us a good room wilth the view that we wanted. Secondly we were allocated a car park but then they said park where ever, this in my opinion is very unprofessional. On the website we were quoted a free breakfast, we didn't receive any. And the website for the hotel clearly said we would get 512mb of free internet at which they tried to charge us, really bad. There were no oven trays to cook in the oven, the maintaince looked like it needed more work in the room, ie: sprinkler in lounge. The Tv and Dvd did not work properly, really noisy, and the doors to the room had to be slammed to close them. The only good thing I can say was that the cleaners were A1 at their job. As for reception really badly managed. Will not go back to stay anytime soon. nor would I recommend to anyone.
