Booking online with Jasons was easy. When I checked in the hotel was unsure of how long I was staying although I had booked for two nights.
My room was neat and tidy, but no soap or bathroom mat in the bathroom.
Dinner was great.
The second day I waited until after 3PM for my room to be ready and I needed to get into the room - ended up hanging around in the hotel lounge for about two hours - problem was nobody was serving although the hotel "management" that arrived were promptly served coffee/tea and the waitron didnt come up to me and check if I wanted anything. If there was someone manning the counter I would have asked myself.
The hotel was in really good shape, but they could work on their service in the finer points of customer service.
I would go back, but if another hotel in the area was available I would think twice about it.
