"Check in"

on arrival greated at desk by young asian male and though polite and slightly welcoming and asked if I had stayed at motel before, on answering no I hadn't all I could recall was being told that the lifts shut off at 10pm & would need to access via garage and use of room key. Was not shown to my room. That in itself is not a high expecation but would have been usefull as I would then have known to put the key in the slot inside the door for power to come on. I had to phone reception to find out how to work the tv to be told how power supply worked. That being said, room was okay, bed comfortable. Though cleanish, carpet stains were clearly visible.

"Great Stay!"

Room was VERY clean and extremely well appointed. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugars and nice surprise in bathroom with toothbrush's and shaving blades. Wonderfully comfy bed - only missed the extra pillow each - nil in room. Awesome heat-pump in room. Very easily arranged later check-out - THANKS!

We have already recommended to several people.
